Mission Control listens to where Claude builders are actually struggling — across public sources only — and publishes a quarterly aggregate that any team or analyst can cite.

The Pain Intelligence pipeline is now live. The first State of Claude report follows the first full quarter of signal collection.

Methodology

  • · Tier-1 sources polled daily (anthropics/claude-code issues, anthropic-status atom feed, anthropic-cookbook releases, GitHub repo search).
  • · Weekly heuristic TF-IDF + cosine clustering — no semantic embeddings yet. Quality scales with corpus size.
  • · Aggregate-only in everything user-facing. Representative quotes are from clusters of 2+ items in a public source.
  • · One-click deletion for any cluster whose source we're asked to scrub.
  • · Composite ranking score = cluster size × severity. Top 10 published.
