The next 1–2 releases.

  • Light-mode visual polish. First-pass token values shipped in v0.5; rail-notches contrast, status LEDs at 8px, scanline opacity, and accent dim/bright separation need eyes-on tuning. Tracked in STATUS.md "Pending Items" as the only open item from S44.
  • Pain Intelligence Tier-1 pipeline. Daily free-source poll (GitHub CLAUDE.md code-search, status.anthropic.com, anthropic-cookbook diffs) writing to mc_pain_raw + a public dashboard at /admin/mission-control/pain-intel. Schema exists in migration 100.
  • Marketing surface fill-out. The Press kit + Docs + Changelog + Roadmap pages went live in v0.6; State of Claude is a stub until Pain Intel produces real signal.

  • Anomaly board. Public dashboard at /mission-control/anomaly-board reflecting mc_api_signals over the last 24 hours. Needs a minute-cron and the signal schema.
  • Auditor v2 — paid mc:audit-deep. AI-augmented deep audit on top of today's free heuristic Auditor. Tied to assertSpend() budget gating per SEC-010 — every audit costs Mission Control real Anthropic spend, so the API enforces budget before invoking.
  • Quarterly State of Claude report. Built from Pain Intel clusters once the pipeline produces real signal. Same play as Stripe pricing transparency / Vercel framework stats.

Things we want to do but haven't scoped a release for.

  • Bring-your-own-data import paths. Anthropic CSV upload at /mission-control/import/anthropic-csv, email-in receipt parser, JSON paste, claude.ai conversation export parser. Lowers activation barrier for users already paying Anthropic.
  • Public Anomaly Board with cohort comparisons — "your cache-hit rate is 32%, your cohort average is 71%."
  • GitHub Action + MCP server distribution wedge. Same Mission Control intelligence, runs in CI or as a Model Context Protocol server.
  • PWA + install path with Web Push for budget alerts. Replaces email for users who install.

Recent landings worth calling out (full history at /mission-control/changelog).

  • Two-tone (dark / light) toggle. v0.5.0 — May 19, 2026. Subtree-scoped to MC only; the public TurnTwo site stays dark. Per-user sync via users.mc_theme_preference.
  • MC instrument-dark dialect. v0.4.0 — May 18, 2026. Dark navy void + cyan-primary + phosphor-green for health, applied uniformly across the entire MC tree.
  • Monthly newsletter cron + all 19 module-bay tiles stable. v0.3.0 — May 15, 2026.
  • CLI device flow + public REST API. v0.2.0 — May 10, 2026.
  • Mission Control launch. v0.1.0 — May 5, 2026.
