The 90-second pitch

Teams using Claude don't have a Claude problem. They have an operations problem: spend creeps because no one is watching the right knobs (cache-hit rate, prompt size, model choice, batch eligibility), and nobody has the time to learn each knob individually. Mission Control is the cockpit that watches them all at once, surfaces what's costing money, and ships the fix as a one-click module — not a doc.

Free tier (Recon) covers cockpit telemetry, the cheat sheet that maps every concept to a module, and a REST API on your own data. Paid tiers unlock the modules that act on the cockpit data — auditing prompts, generating cache recommendations, dispatching budget alerts to Slack / Discord / email, capturing scrubbed CLI session telemetry, and producing the monthly newsletter teams send to their CFO.

Mission Control is a white-label product — agency tenants can rebrand the cockpit under their own colour, mark, and footer credit. The default tenant is TurnTwo's amber-on-navy; the standalone product ships its own cyan-on-navy dialect.

Founder

Jay Pedersen runs TurnTwo Labs out of Texas. Background: government IT compliance + platform engineering. Mission Control grew out of his own need to stop guessing at his Anthropic bill across multiple side projects, and turned into a product when it became clear every Claude-using team is solving the same problem in private.
